Getting started

I can’t find Clickable after installing it

Click the puzzle piece at the top right of Chrome, then the pin next to Clickable. Clicky, the blue pointer, appears in your toolbar. Click it to open the panel.

How do I use it?

Open the website you need, type what you want to do in the panel (in your own words, any language) and press Guide me. Clicky highlights the next thing to click. Click it yourself; the panel shows the next step. Want to try first? Use the practice page.

It highlighted the wrong thing

Press Not this and it picks something else. If it keeps getting it wrong, press Start over and describe the task differently, or tell us with “Report a problem”.

It says it can’t read the page

Chrome doesn’t let extensions read its own pages (settings, new tab, the Chrome Web Store) or warning pages. Open the website in the tab and Clickable starts from there. Parts of a page shown inside an embedded frame can’t be seen yet.

It stopped on a sign-in page

That’s on purpose: Clickable doesn’t read sign-in pages. Sign in yourself; it carries on when you’re back. If you want help on the sign-in page itself, press Help me on this page.

Plans and limits

What counts as a task?

One goal you start with Guide me, however many steps it takes. The practice page doesn’t count.

How many tasks do I get?

Free: 5 tasks a month. Plus: 150 tasks a month. Unused tasks don’t carry over; your allowance starts again on the 1st of each month. The panel shows how many you have left.

How do I upgrade?

In the panel, click the gear icon, sign in (with an email code or Google), then press Upgrade to Plus. Payment opens in a new tab; the panel switches to Plus by itself.

Billing

Who charges me?

Paddle, our reseller, handles payment, VAT and receipts, so your card statement and receipts show Paddle.

How do I cancel, change my card or get an invoice?

In the panel: gear icon → Manage subscription and invoices. If you cancel, Plus stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Your account and privacy

Why sign in?

You can use the free tasks without an account. Signing in keeps your plan on any computer. There’s no password: we email you a code, or you use Google.

How do I delete my account?

Gear icon → Delete my account. Cancel Plus first if you have it. Uninstalling the extension deletes what it stored on your computer.

What does Clickable see?

Only when you ask for help: the buttons, links and labels on the page and a short excerpt of its visible text. Never what you type into a website, never passwords, never sign-in pages. Details in the privacy policy.
