Terms of service

Last updated: [DATE]

These terms apply to the Clickable extension for Google Chrome, the Clickable website and Clickable Plus. Clickable is provided by [COMPANY OR FULL NAME], NIF [NIF], [ADDRESS] (“we”). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

1. What Clickable does

Clickable highlights the next element to click on a website, based on a goal you describe. You perform every action yourself. Clickable never clicks, types, submits, signs or pays on your behalf.

Clickable gives navigation help, not advice. It doesn’t give legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it doesn’t tell you what to answer or declare. Suggestions can be wrong: check each step before you act, especially before you submit, sign or pay. [LIABILITY WORDING, to be written with a lawyer.]

2. Your account

You can use the free plan without an account. To buy Plus you sign in with an email code or Google. Keep access to your email secure. You can delete your account at any time from the extension.

3. Plans and fair use

4. Buying Plus

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms (see paddle.com/legal) also apply to your purchase. Paddle charges you, handles VAT and sends receipts and invoices.

Plus renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the extension (gear icon → Manage subscription and invoices); Plus stays active until the end of the period already paid.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers): [WORDING TO CONFIRM WITH A LAWYER, e.g. “You ask for Plus to start immediately. You therefore acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has started.”] Refunds: [REFUND POLICY].

We may change prices for future periods; we’ll tell you at least [30] days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Clickable to break the law, to break the terms of the websites you use it on, or to try to get around its limits or security.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Clickable available and accurate, but can’t promise it will always work, or work on every website. We may change or improve features. [SERVICE LEVEL / LIABILITY LIMITS, to be written with a lawyer.]

7. Privacy

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.

8. Law and disputes

[APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION, and consumer dispute information, to be written with a lawyer.]
